The Bermuda High School for Girls Admissions
We offer an education which promotes intellectual inquiry; values creative and critical thinking;
encourages communication and collaboration; enable every student to identify, value and build on
her personal strengths; and develops skilled, confident, compassionate young women who take
responsibility for their own lives and enrich the lives of others.
The curriculum is designed to meet the needs of students with a broad range of abilities. Specialist
help for mild learning disabilities is available but we do not have a programme for those with severe
learning disabilities.

Admissions Policy
It is important that students experience success in school. The purpose of our admissions policy
is to ensure, as far as possible, that all students accepted into BHS will be able to cope with the
program. Therefore all applicants must meet the criteria for the proposed year of entry.
