BHS update on reopening of school

Dear BHS family,

We trust that you are progressing with your post-Gonzalo clean up.  I am cognizant that many of us are still without power and some have sustained significant damage.  We can be thankful that we had no loss of lives.

I am pleased to report that BHS now has electricity and received only minor damages.  We will be open on Monday, October 20th, at the usual time. Please note that Monday is DAY 3.  If students or staff do not have electricity, please come in grub clothes.

Photographs will be rescheduled for some time this week.  Buzz hot lunches will resume as normal tomorrow.

Mr. Virginio Moniz, Mr. Tony Correia and Mr. John Alberto have done a superb job of tidying up the school and repairing minor damages in preparation for tomorrow.

Best regards,

Linda Parker
Head of School

Please see the Communications Policy regarding Storms and Hurricanes for further details on how we communicate and make decisions surrounding the closing and opening of BHS due to storms.
